I’m Sarah L. Plumer — once known as the founder of Ploom, where I guided others through skincare, ritual, and gentle self-care. But the truth? My evolution couldn’t stay surface-level. A deeper current was moving through me.
I began hearing what wasn’t being said.
Feeling what others were struggling to articulate.
And seeing where clarity wanted to come through them — not from them.
This is where The Insightful Alchemist was born.
Not as a brand. But as a frequency.
A field I now hold for soul-led women, visionaries, and spiritual leaders who are walking through their own transitions.
I’ve lived the season of hiding.
I’ve grieved the versions I outgrew.
And I’ve made a home in the unknown.
Now, I help others do the same — by offering space, clarity, and truth without pressure.
